Complex operations keep our world running.
Ports. Infrastructure. Campuses. Industrial environments. Places where people work alongside assets, infrastructure, risk and constant change.
That's why we're building HANK.
HANK started with a simple observation:
Nothing happens in isolation.
The risk of an activity isn't just determined by the activity itself.
It changes with where the work is happening. What's around it. What's happening nearby. The state of the environment. And what people know about all of those things.
HANK exists to make more of that context usable.
Built around the people doing the work.
Technology isn't the point.
People are.
The contractor about to break ground. The person approving the work. The operator trying to keep everything moving. The teams responsible for getting everyone through the day safely.
We want to give them a better picture.
And ultimately, help get them home safe.
Ending operational chaos with geo-aware intelligence for safer workplaces.
We've stood on both sides of the problem.
Our team includes veterans, operators and technologists.
We've worked in environments where operational decisions have real consequences.
We've supported critical defence and infrastructure projects.
We've worked with complex organisations trying to turn fragmented information into decisions.
And we've built and deployed technology into the real world — where the plan, the system and what is actually happening don't always agree.
We know what operational complexity feels like from the inside.
That's important to how we're building HANK.
We're not interested in technology that adds another screen for people to manage.
We're interested in technology that helps people understand what's happening around them — when it matters.
And we're still learning.
HANK is early.
So we're spending our time with the people who know these environments best.
Watching. Listening. Testing what we think we know.
Finding where operations are different — and where the same problems keep appearing.
Because we don't want to build technology that looks good from the outside.
We're building something that matters when you're standing in it.
Know the problem?
Maybe you've worked it. Maybe you're responsible for it. Maybe you're dealing with something we haven't seen yet.
We'd like to hear from you.
